Pilgrim Chapel has been serving Mt. Adams since 1886.For its first century, the congregation was a member of the Cincinnati Presbytery.Since 2001, the congregation has been congregation of United Church of Christ. We are spiritual descendants of the Mayflower Pilgrims who founded Harvard and Yale and many other colleges.
An Open and Affirming congregation, Mt Adams Pilgrim Chapel welcomes people of good will who seek to grow spiritually and to help build a better society.Persons of all ages, races, religious backgrounds, sexual orientations, and political views are welcome.
As in most UCC congregations our faith in God and commitment to Christis reflected in widespread commitment to justice, responsible freedom, the progress of knowledge,and respect for other religious groups who work for peace, justice, equality and freedom.
